Location

The Pollmann complex consists of 4 villas from witch there can only be rented 2.

The chalets are situated in an area where the snow lasts the most, the Malul Ursului area, at 4 km from the ski slopes.

Description

The Pollmann complex is perfect for a family holiday or a small group of friends. They offer privacy and relaxation in the heart of the nature.

Rooms

The complex consists of 2 identical and independent cottages. Each cottage can accommodate 4 to 12 people.
The floor space of each cottage is 100 sqm, with pine wood construction with mineral wool insulation of 15 cm. Ground floor: living room (35 sqm), mini kitchen (stove, refrigerator, utensils) with bar, bathroom. The living room has armchairs and terrace (35mp) with view to Bucegi Mountains.1st floor: one bedroom with king size bed, a room with 2 bunk beds, shared terrace, a shared bathroom with all necessary facilities (toilet, shower, sink). Each bedroom has a surface area of 12 sqm and has access to the lobby.

It is an isolated and very quiet location and it has parking, spacious courtyard with a little hill for sleighing, outdoor grill, turret.
